What an interesting term, but what does it really mean? So many people would answer this differently. But in general terms healthy ageing is often not just about what you do in older age but more importantly what you did in younger age that affects your older age.
The government initiative on healthy ageing is all about; remaining active, eating healthy, keeping an active brain, social interaction etc.
People over 65 do need to be mindful of the above but a lot will depend on the state of you mind and body at 65 which determines how you deal with these things.
