I have taken part in may martial arts competitions over the last twenty years, and I have reached good levels at many, in particular boxing and karate. I have used this experience to help people become fitter, learn basic self defence skills, lose weight and build self confidence. I firmly believe that a healthy body helps support a healthy mind, and the skills and disciplines which are part of developing physical fitness also apply to mental disciplines. I am passionate about helping people become more healthy.
